Financial Wellbeing and Capability Activity - Financial Counselling and Capability Sector Support
The Australian Government is inviting one organisation to apply via a closed, non-competitive grant process to deliver services under the Financial Wellbeing and Capability Activity – Financial Counselling and Capability Sector Support program from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2030.

This Financial Counselling and Capability Sector Support grant opportunity provides funding to a national peak body organisation to deliver online and telephone-based information and resources, as well as national management and coordination of the National Debt Helpline (NDH), financial counselling and financial capability national conferences and other sector-wide projects.
The objectives of this grant opportunity are to:
- Provide accurate, relevant, timely, accessible and culturally appropriate information, resources and support to organisations funded to deliver financial counselling and financial capability services.
- Manage and coordinate a high quality, consistent NDH service, including through the development and provision of national standards and materials.
- Support and/or deliver research, data, projects, consultation and engagement activities, and national financial counselling and financial capability conferences.
