Description:

The End of Life Directions for Aged Care (ELDAC) Grant Opportunity is a closed non-competitive grant opportunity open only to the Queensland University of Technology. Under this grant opportunity, funding of $15.9 million (GST exclusive) over three years (from 2023-24) is available to continue national activities of the ELDAC project to improve choice and flexibility for older people through specialist palliative care and advance care planning advisory services for aged care recipients.
