Productivity, Education and Training Fund
The Australian Government is inviting 5 organisations via a restricted process to deliver services under the Program 3.1 Workplace Support to provide support for employer representatives and unions to improve safety, fairness and productivity within Outcome 3: Facilitate jobs growth, including secure work through policies and programs that promote fair, productive and safe workplaces. The Productivity, Education and Training (PET) Fund will run over a period of 3 years from 2023–24 to 2025–26.
The purpose of the program is to support implementation of a range of workplace reforms and Jobs and Skills Summit outcomes by strengthening tripartism and constructive social dialogue in the Australian workplace relations system.
The expected outcomes of the PET Fund grant program are to:
- support and increase engagement by employers’ and workers’ representatives, and their members, through enhanced tripartite governance structures across the workplace relations portfolio. This will include more active advice and consultation roles on possible future reforms
- enable recipients to develop and implement workplace productivity, education and training initiatives to support their members to engage in law reform processes
- encourage take up of current and new laws in their workplaces, and to monitor and provide feedback regarding the implementation of law reforms.
To be eligible to receive a grant, you must be one of organisations listed in the Grant Opportunity Guidelines and have received an invitation to apply through GrantConnect.
By invitation only.
