Purpose:
The project aims to support students from across the college to develop 21st century skills via STEM–related activities in all classrooms through the establishment of a portable makerspace. Maker equipment and resources will be made accessible to all classes in the school through custom designed trolleys that will be used both for transportation of equipment and as an additional work surface. The mobile makerspace trolleys will maximise the opportunities for students to develop and apply STEM–based knowledge and skills.
