Purpose:

The Provider will employ 3 FTE, including 2.25 FTE First Nations Australians to undertake activities that address threats to the natural and cultural values of the Crocodile Islands Maringa IPA. The Crocodile Islands Maringa IPA will be managed in accordance with the IUCN protected area management category V described in the Crocodile Islands Ranger Maringa Indigenous Protected Area Strategic Plan 2021-2031.?? 

Threats and management actions identified through the Crocodile Islands Ranger Maringa Indigenous Protected Area Strategic Plan 2021-2031 and specific activities to mitigate these threats will be negotiated annually with NIAA through the Annual Project Plan and Budget negotiation process for this project.
