A 11 kW PV generator system for Community of the Transfiguration Inc
Purpose:
The Community of the Transfiguration Inc. will purchase and install an 11 kW solar PV system which will generate clean electricity. This system will greatly ease our demand on the national grid. With our electricity costs eased by the installation of this system, and therefore a less dependent demand on the national grid, we would be able to expand our offering of community services to both religious and secular organizations totally free of charge. It would help us provide meals for struggling families in the area, emergency accommodation and counselling services. It would also aid us in our plans to offer respite and long-term care for those working in the disabilities sector and those who simply need withdrawal and rest for a while.
