The purpose of the Grant is to deliver a ?Fastrack to Care Program? aligned to Vocational Education and Training (VET) pathways, to a minimum of twelve (12) and a maximum of twenty-four (24) Year 11 and 12 students, in the Armadale SA4 region. The Grant will directly support industry needs and address skills shortages in the sector by providing students the opportunity to complete the ?Fastrack to Care Program? which includes delivery of the ?CHCDIV001 ? Work with Diverse People? accredited unit and activities to provide insight into what it would be like to work in the care and community sectors. The program will include five (5) days of information and education, delivered by an experienced industry trainer.
