Replacement of Hot Water Tanks with Continuous Flow
Purpose:
The project is the replacement of two hot water tanks with one single continuous-flow hot water system, and includes pipe works to connect the two hot water systems into one system. This new system would greatly cater to our community clubs needs in providing consistent at temperature hot water to our bathrooms, kitchen, showers and dishwashing machines without worrying about tanks being depleted and needing to be re-heated before next use. The Polish Club caters to many guests as a community location. We host weekly events and gatherings (pre-lockdown) such as community table tennis every Thursday, where players are able to have showers after their games, to hosting senior citizens for their community catch-ups and other pre-organised community events, to weekly Greek senior citizen exercise classes.
