Purpose:
Over 300,000 women give birth in Australia each year and 20% experience clinical depression, often with severe anxiety, either in pregnancy or the first postnatal year. By bringing together cutting edge Australian and international research in perinatal mental health, the goal is to reduce the burden of mental health difficulties on families and future generations. This CRE will produce better Knowledge, better Interventions and e-mental health treatments, Improved access and treatment uptake.
