This project aims to upgrade equipment and introduce transformative technologies to scale-up production capacity to support an increase in market demand for novel bread based products. It includes the purchase of a larger scale cooker, bagel maker, tilting mixer, seed applicator and a newly developed robotic system. Through modernisation and newest robotic automation, Serinna Pty Ltd will be able to transform current production practices to increase productivity, efficiency and stringent quality control.
