Purpose:
Endometriosis is a common, chronic and life-limiting illness associated with huge personal and societal costs. The key to improving patient wellbeing and reducing healthcare costs is identification of effective treatments. This project will establish whether yoga and a type of talk therapy called cognitive behaviour therapy improve wellbeing in endometriosis and reduce healthcare costs.
