Purpose:
This project aims to assess the integration of pharmacogenomics in IVF through the application of whole genome sequencing (WGS) and artificial intelligence (AI) as a digital clinical decision support system. The integration of pharmacogenomics could allow individualised therapeutic options for hormonal IVF treatments schemes, reducing life threatening conditions as well as improving reproductive planning success of patients undergoing IVF.
