Super Powered FLL Australia Pacific Open Championship
Purpose:
The Techno Turtles team of nine Primary and Secondary students will travel to Sydney in June to compete at the FLL Australia Pacific Open Championship. The competition will be held from 29 June to 2 July at Macquarie University. The team are participating in team challenges, collaborating in a research and design project using Stanford University's Design Thinking methodology for creative problem solving, programming and building robots, and developing an energy solution. During the competition they will compete in robot game, robot design, innovation project and core values challenges and presentations. The project will provide opportunities to develop gracious professionalism, collaboration, communication and problem solving skills.
