Purpose:
Grant funding will be used to significantly reduce the emission of the energy intense honey warming process. This will be achieved by converting peak solar power to stored hot water, which will heat the warming room for the rest of the day. This meets the objectives of the program by improving energy efficiency practices, assisting businesses to manage their energy usage and costs, and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
