The Quad Clean Energy Supply Chain Diversification Program (the Program) was announced by the Quad – Australia, India, Japan and the United States – at the May 2023 Leaders’ Summit to support implementation of the Quad Principles on Clean Energy Supply Chains in the Indo-Pacific.

The objective of the Program is to develop, diversify and reduce vulnerabilities in supply chains associated with solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, hydrogen electrolysers and batteries in the Indo-Pacific. Up to A$50 million in total is available under this grant opportunity, which represents Australia’s contribution to the Program.
