Kidney Disease - Key Activities
The purpose of this grant opportunity is to provide optimal care and support for patients, families and carers of those with kidney disease, health professional education and improve research and data on kidney disease.
The grant aligns with the priorities and actions outlined in the National Strategic Action Plan for Kidney Disease (the Action Plan). It is anticipated that the Action Plan will be released in March 2020. To be eligible you must:
- have an Australian Business Number (ABN)
- be registered for the purposes of GST
-
be a permanent resident of Australia
-
have an account with an Australian financial institution
and be one of the following entity types:
- a company incorporated in Australia
-
a company incorporated by guarantee
-
an incorporated trustee on behalf of a trust
-
an incorporated association
-
a partnership
-
a joint (consortia) application with a lead organisation[1]
-
an Australian local government body
-
an Australian state or territory government body
-
an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Corporation registered under the Corporations (Aboriginal and /or Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006
We can only accept applications from organisations:

who have established networks in the community that will be leveraged during the development, delivery and implementation of this grant opportunity;
-
proven capability to deliver the project activities;
-
existing infrastructure and relationships to support the project activities;
-
knowledge of and capability to deliver the project objectives and outcomes; and
-
experience to deliver effective consumer awareness and education resources and activities.

From $250,000.00 to $700,000.00
